Backstage Magic Update

Sorry if this has already been posted, but it was new to me. We took the backstage Magic tour on Sept 11th. Nancy was our guide.....SHE WAS GREAT!!!!!
I told her that she was famous online as THE Tour guide. She was pleased to hear it!
Anyway....We made an unexpected stop on the tour which I don't know if they are just testing or is a permanent addition.....and now I cannot for the life of me remember what they call it.....but its the laundry facility that does all the sheets and towels for all the resorts.
It was fascinating...there is a catwalk above the laundry floor so you can look down and see the massive washers and dryers....also the pneumatic towel and sheet folders. It was a very cool unexpected suprise. Sorry no pictures since it was backstage, thet are not allowed.

P.S. Tour was the best $199 I ever spent... If you are a dis dork like myself

I'm sorry but this just reminded me of a scene in the muppet special where Gonzo ends up in the laundromat at WDW pursuing his chicken. I believe he sings "Love in the Laudromat" then.

Also, I don't remember going to the laundry place...do they use various tour "routes" to change things up a bit...or is this a permanent change?

I took the Backstage Magic Tour this past May and we did not stop at this facility. I loved this tour and may do it again next May. Carmen was our tour guide!

When I took it a while back the facility was pointed out to us (cool building on the outside) but we didn't stop there.

I went on August 11th this year and they did not stop there. That would've been pretty cool.

My wife and I took the tour on Sept 19 and our guide just pointed it out no tour of it I would have really liked to see it
