Backstage Magic Tour question

We are taking advantage of the free Military ticket offer which is a 5 day ticket. We will be there 7 full days so we are taking the Backstage Magic tour since it does not require park admittance. Anyway... what happens at the end of the tour? I read a couple reviews and am still not sure. Do they escort you out of MK or leave you in the park? Thinking about what to do with the evening and making a ressie. Thanks!

They return you to the place where the tour started, which is outside of Epcot, I believe.

When we did the tour a few years ago, they dropped us off back at the Tour pick up location out side EPCOT, which is where you'll get your special Tour pin so if you want to hit a park that day you'll need to make sure you have a ticket for the day you plan to do the tour.

We did the tour last January although they returned us to Epcot there was a couple of people that had ADRs so they showed there park tickets whenr we were in the MK and they left them in there to go get dinner.

the tour was fantastic we had such a good time Id love to do it again. Maby next year
