Greetings I'm a former cast member. I left in 2008 good standings and I'm planning on coming back. My question is how far back do they go with a background check for non cash position. I'm asking to settle an argument and we can't figure out if they legally go back 7 or 10 years. a friend of mine got into some serious trouble ( a felony in 2002 got done in 2003/2004) He loves to cook and is at the level of a chef without the degree. I know Disney has a lot of culinary positions available.
