Thursday 10th October Magic Kingdom
Breakfast at Foodcourt
I had pancake breakfast platter, so did Ross. Ross wasn't pleased he didn't have eggs on his plate so I'd better not go to that counter again!
Owen had a cheese and tomato omelette, John and Dad had breakfast platter and mum had yoghurt granola
Our room is very close to the west depot bus stop and it was the first pick up for the Magic Kingdom. A few buses came first but our one followed shortly.
Saw a show in front of Cinderella castle with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and some princesses.
As we were leaving mum said to Owen to watch the kerb then poor Mum fell over immediately on saying that! She had a graze on her arm.
Haunted Mansion
This was very good as usual and the boys really enjoyed it.
Speedway
I drove my car with Owen and John and Ross were in the car in front. Ross did well driving his car. Dad drove his car and overtook us both in the end.
Tomorrowland transit authority PeopleMover
We enjoyed this, it went faster than I remember. It's nice to see the park from this.
I love the new Mickey bands and got our fast passes with these. You just put your band up to the mickey and it records your fast passes on the band. We got fast passes for Buzz, Little Mermaid and Jungle cruise.
Buzz lightyear space ranger spin
Boys loved seeing Buzz Lightyear and shooting at the aliens from our cars. I took a photo of the boys inside jail with Zurg on the way out.
Dumbo
Dumbo ride was good although the one I was in with Ross, the lever didn't work so you couldn't control dumbo. It was fun though.
Little Mermaid
Little mermaid ride was lovely and it was cute going "underwater".
Tikki room
The birds were funny and sang different songs to the last time I was there.
Jungle cruise
We had a girl captain who was funny, it's a great ride and the animals are so life like. My phone video decided to freeze half way around which was annoying but I got most of ride.
Snack at electric umbrella, chips and coke for us
Boys had chicken nuggets and chips.
At night we had our meal at the Foodcourt. The boys enjoyed macaroni cheese with apple slices and grapes.
Mum had Alfredo pasta with shrimp, mushroom and broccoli.
When the man asked mum's name when ordering the pasta, she said Inkson, not kathleen!
John had ham, turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn bread and sweet corn.
Dad and I had the turkey with the same but veg instead of sweet corn.
We had some Amber beers in the bar and the boys enjoyed the arcade.
I loved what the housekeeper left when we got back to the room
