Baby Swap Question

Do they still offer the baby swap for little ones too short to ride at WDW?

I have seen the baby swap option mentioned on this forum (dated about 1 year ago) as well as other unofficial Disney World sites, however I can't find any info on it at the official Disney website and when I called their hotline the phone rep I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about.

Also, can an older child ride twice (once with each parent?)

Yes, they still allow the swap. The swap varies from ride to ride. On some rides like Space Mountain and ToT the swappers wait near the exit. On others like Splash Mtn they are given up to 3 fast passes to return through the fast pass line.

They have always let up to two people ride twice. That was still the case in September.
