Thanks for that! I also have another question. My mother in law will be using a scooter on our trip so will be using the handicapped entrance. How will this effect the baby swap process?

I don't believe there is a handicapped entrance for Soarin... someone correct me if I'm wrong!

The Soarin' queue is 100% wheelchair accessible.

If the Guest can walk a few steps, they'll have them park the chair/scooter in one of the parking zones inside the ride theater and walk to the seats. If they have to transfer directly out of the chair, they'll often give the wheelchair Guest a seat on the end of a row so that they can pull the chair/scooter right up next to the ride seat, and then the CM will move the chair/scooter to a safe parking place.

I would just say that make sure you take the baby and other parent in to show the CM's when you ask for the baby swap. I had 2 babies in a stroller last year, and because you cant take strollers into the pavillion I arranged for my husband to go for a 30min walk and meet me back at the entrance where I would 'swap' with him. When I got to Soarin they wouldnt let me get the childswap, as they had no proof of the child. I tried explaining that I had sent my husband off as with 2 babies, we would all have to go down, show the babies, all go back to put the babies in the stroller and then I would go back again (with my 3 older kids). Meantime I had sent my eldest off to try and grab hubby before he had got too far.... no luck. I caught up with DS and it took us another 20mins to find hubby so we didnt bother :(
