Weirdly, this brand seems to mostly be split between real luxury hotels... and airport hotels. Like it's very odd how many of them, according to their location list on their own website, are airport hotels, while the other half are true luxury resorts (or at least intending to be such). They already have two of these hotels around Orlando (near the airport and at SeaWorld), so I'm not sure a 3rd is really needed unless the operator got a good deal to reflag. Seems like a lot of the more notable locations have left for other brands though.
How this hotel will fit into a space where Marriott corporate already operates multiple hotels onsite, is questionable to me.
