Everytime my family & I fly to Orlando International Airport or Tampa International Airport, we always rent from Avis Rent A Car. There service has been great & never had any problems. We use to rent with National because at the time we were members of the no longer Disney Club. Well one time when we were renting our car from them, the Girl wouldn't give it to us at 1st because my Dad didn't have some coupon code because he had booked the renal car threw the Disney Club, eventhough the Girl knew who my Dad was & had our reservation. Luckly he found it & we were on our way. The other time we rented with National a different Girl working this time did not know how to use the Computer to find our reservation, while other agents working there were helping other customers. Finally after 20 minutes she get's her supervisor & with in 30 seconds everything is there. So what are your thoughts?

I vote National - but Emerald club (or whatever it's called) only. We use that every time and never have any problems. No issues with supervisors or computers or anything like that. Pick a car and go. That's the only way to do it. The other cool thing about National is that they are on-site. No waiting for a bus or anything. I'm not really sure if the others are on site or not. It is way too convenient to be able to walk from baggage claim to our rental car, so I've never tried anything else.

EDIT - I just thought of this - last weekend I rented a car in Minneapolis from National and since the Emerald thing is not in my name I couldn't use it, but it did give me an option for something called "Quick rent" which is basically the same thing. I didn't have to stop at the counter then either. There were two stipulations - a clean driving record and a credit card, I think, but the credit card would be required anyway. Maybe something to look into.
