How do I make Avators? I have clipart but what do I need to put it together? Programs? Tricks? I have Adobe photoshop will that work? If you can help me in ANY way it will be a BIG help!

avatars are very easy to change, they have to be a certain size and format but besides that it should work. I use two programs first i use paintshop to shrink pics and i use another program called gimp to create avatars, pm me if you need more info
