I looked at it again this morning and decided to slow the first and last frame down a little. I think it's better this way, but do you know how hard it is to get Dash to stay in one place for more than a second. :lol:

Thanks! I finally decided to try my hand at animated avatars. It's pretty fun, just wish I had more time to play. I made my wife one for her boards. It's a Christmas tree with twinkling lights. It came out pretty good.

I have a really cool idea for my next one, if I can figure out exactly how to do it. Believe me, if it works it will be COOL.

I've got a great idea for a series of avatars. I just can't get the filesize anything close to 20k, even in Black & White.
