According to Deb's Website. The Australian Pavillion is being situated betwween the Outpost and Germany (exactly where Spain was last year). They will have aboriginal dancers and story telling. There was no mention of the Spain Pavillion being built again, so it's safe to assume that it's not happening. However, there will be a Spain food booth. All the food booth menus are listed and most are different from last years. The prices will come out after the Food & Wine starts. I'll be there in 2 weeks and can't wait!

ehh.. Deb's site isn't an official source. I'll have to go myself and see first before I go ahead and discount it.

Ohhhhh, ahhhhhh.

Australia sounds good. I am much more interested in that country as opposed to others that get much more focus.

Wine Walkabout.

There's a tent, a number of umbrella-covered stands, and a faux-rock backdrop performance space. Not too much to see.

You dont know how right you are with the "not much to see" coment. We walked in there and there was a lady standing on the stage, puttin on a horrible Austrailan accent, and talking into a microphone, so you could hear it 100 ft away. Its like, a couple chairs, a tent, a stage, and a food stand. Didnt see the fake rocks

Australia had a booth in '99 -last time I saw F&W- right at the entrance of Millennium Village. Spain also had a booth if I recall correctly... Would it be that they will be taking turns or it´s just a coincidence? I wonder which country will be next.
