why wouldnt they open pirates? Is it becasue they want to kept that area closed off to us guest or other?

Here's what u wanna do..
Get to the MK at around 9pm, get your wristband, them haul around to Frontierland (via Adventureland), watch SpectroMagic, which will have just made it around to the Splash Area at around 9:20. Then when that has finsihed, you will be able to do around 3 or 4 Pirate rides, with ZERO wait (as good as an Enight) - then it will be 10pm, so you can start your Erides with Splash Mountain.
And yep, Pirates isnt on the Eride night so they can close of that area of the park.

Eride Nights are for resort guests only. You go to your hotel and pay like 12 dollars and they give u something. Sometime late it in the afternoon u go to magic kingdom and get ur bracklet. After the park closes at 10 u are allowed the ride the 9 rides that are mentioned above for 3 hours. The eride nights are only on certain dates as well.

yeah everything is slowly falling into place. Now lets get this flying crap out of the way. So I can start to enjoy my vacation instead of worrying about it.

Are you still worried about flying? Don't worry about flying. Remember when you told me to just relax and go on RnR? Flying is a lot less scary. Just chew gum on take off and landing to prevent pressure in your ears, and enjoy the view!And, channel 9 is still aerosmith on Delta flights, so grab a set of free headphones and pretend your on RnR! Consider this: I'm a chicken on rollercoasters, but I'm a good flyer!

I prefer the window seat because a) I can look out the window, b) I can look out the window and pretend not to hear the annoying person next to me, c) no one climbs over me six times to use the lav.

well its 3 of us so that wouldnt be a problem for me. I was thinking about the aisle seat and when I get brave enough on the way jump to the windown seat. not sure yet though!
