I know everyone always says that they wish that there were ride DVD's and I found this website that has them. I do not know what their quality or credibility is though.

Problem is, you can't buy them. You have to purchase other things from the site, and with every purchase you get points, and you can redeem the points for Attraction DVD's and other things.
