Attractions Needing Refurbishment: Thoughts?

I rode Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin myself, but I don't see what part of it needs refurbishment. The animatronics are a goodin quality, and the ride looks visually appealing... What's wrong with it?

From personal experience, it seems Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin needs a short refurbishment to replace its ride vehicles. They have been worn heavily. Often times upholstery is coming loose and grime has been left to sit on the vehicle.

It's really interesting reading all of this b/c I've never noticed any of these issues w/ the rides (mold, dirt buildup, etc.) even when I was spending full months at the parks. Not saying I disagree, I'm sure there's truth to what's been said here. I'm from NY and accustomed to everything being grimy, so maybe WDW just looks sparkling clean to me by comparison. Like I said, though, I do wish guests would take advantage of the many, many trash cans scattered throughout the parks–that's my main complaint.

That being said, I think all the Fantasyland dark rides could use some sprucing up, and Space Mountain is so bumpy and miserable at this point I've started skipping it. Especially w/ Tron coming soon to steal SM's thunder, i think SM is in need of a total overhaul.
