So tonight in honor of the warming trend, I am making a salad and a big batch if chili for dinner. It has me thinking about the CHH and how awesome the chili was there. Anyone out there had chili anywhere else in the World? Plus, let me know how spicy it is, please! I am a big fan of the spice and pepcid ac! I apologize, if this is a fequently talked about topic in advance.

I'm not a chili head but my ds likes the taco salad at Tortuga Tavern. He says it's not bad considering I'm making him eat veggies!!

Confession time..Dear Father O'Reilly,please forgive my addiction to spicy food.Unfortunately there is nothing spicy enough at WDW to feed my habit.When I make my Chilli con carne at home,I add a few drops ( and I mean a few ) of a sauce called,( drum roll) 100% Pain. It is made by Juan Foods,and comes from Kansas City. I made a batch for friends at a house warming party,it took the fire engine three hours to douse the flames,but the good news was those who ate it were only in hospital for one night.:eek:

Truly one way to get rid of unwanted house guests or might be a great idea for the in-laws!! My DS packs in his suitcase red hot bc he eats it on everything. I make him leave the sirachi at home.
One of the reasons I don't usually eat chili out is most places do not make it spicy enough b/c they are appealing to the wimpy masses:) Your Con Carne sounds delicious especialy with a few cold brew!!

There used to be little bottles ( same size as Tabasco ) at certain fixin bars ( CHH and PORS ) called I think " Louisanna Gold " and it had a nice kick to it,but I ain't seen it in a few years.House/Blues shop next to restaurant sells hot sauces as well.;

Ive another confession to make.Whilst at the food court at PORS in 2010,I asked a female CM where could I buy this Louisanna Gold sauce,she said she would try and find out,but when she came back she gave me a brand new bottle and said " No one knows,but here's a gift for you " So nice of her to do this.
