I'd call Mears or a transportation company here in Orlando who might be able to get you a 12 passenger van to take you from each location.
If that doesn't work, try two taxi vans. That might be cheaper, but most likely around $75 each way for all the people.

Thanks Dave! Good info! No where can I find the map that you have! Its like these two companies have a ban on finding the info about how far apart they actually are! Wierd! We will probably give this a try. I hope other tourists use this route. I wouldnt want to be on the bus w/ locals who frown on us tourists! Know what I mean!? Thanks again! love the map!

I go on the bus all the time when im in FL lol and they have maps on the buses if you need a map while your there

Mears is the way to go...either on one of their shuttle vans (about $16 a person round trip) or one of the 7 passenger private shuttles ($40 round trip). We take the private shuttles with a lot of people, as we have them to ourselves and we dictate what time we need them.
