Asia Pathway Video Troubles

I've tried to watch the .wmv video of the new walkway, but I keep getting this error from the Windows Media Player:

"The source filter for this file could not be located".

I'm using version 9 of the Windows Media Player. Any ideas?

Hi there,

That should be fine with Media PLayer 9. Its possilbe you may have had aproblem with the download, try re-downloading it.

Are you able to view other WMV files ok?

Hi Steve!

Thanks for the quick response. I've watched .wmv movies before on my PC with media player. For fun, I tried to watch one of the World of Motion videos, and I get the same "source file" error.

Also, I'm not able to download the video. When I right-click on the link, these are my options:

Open link in new window
Open link in new tab
Bookmark this link
Save link to disk
Send link
Copy link location
Properties

I figured it out. The Media Player didn't like the fact that I was using the Mozilla Firefox browser. If I use Internet Explorer, it works fine.

Man, I love Microsoft.
