Art of WDW now available?

Does anyone know why the long-awaited Jeff Kurtti book The Art of Walt Disney World just appeared at laughingplacestore.com (for $80!), but doesn't seem to be available anywhere else (amazon, Borders)? I've been looking forward to this book-- but $80?

The laughingplace site doesn't seem to bring it up with a search, either, but this is the email link I received:

Laughing Place always jacks up the price considering that they get their stuff from the parks themselves in order to make some profit to keep the online store running. There needs to be a better middleman for these things...
