Art of Animation room wall picture changed???

Ok we can't figure this out...we're staying at Art of Animation in the little mermaid rooms and when we checked in yesterday the wall picture was one thing and today after we get back from the parks it's different. This is a canvas painting with a big heavy frame and very much mounted to the wall with no visible way to change the photo. Does anyone know what is up with this or if it is a resort wide change, Disney magic, or I'm going nuts.

We (my wife and i both) have photo proof of both photos too

We were there the week of October 20th and noticed the same thing! We thought we were going crazy! The picture changed the first day and then stayed the same the rest of the week. My kids were hoping it would change every day. No clue how it was done?!?!?

ok now I'm intrigued. does this happen at other resorts too now? or just AofA so far. If I leave my car keys out will I return to a different set of keys for a different car parked outside?
