Arrival Day Question

We were planning on eating on the Boardwalk on our arrival day, but now I see a reservation has opened up for Spirit of Aloha Show. Any thoughts of show with 2 kids 6 and 9? We have a reservation at Hoop Dee Doo for later in our trip.

The two shows are completely different. Poly food is really good at the Luau - served family style and the children are invited to join the dancers at one point in the show.
The food at the Hoop-dee-do is also family style, finger food, ribs and chicken, beans, corn, etc. The show is much more fun than the Luau. Real corney......
If you have not done the Luau - I'd recommend it.
