Arm bands or life vest

can kids wear arm bands (swimmies) or does it have to be a life vest at pools and down slides

We forgot our son's sweater ring a year ago and DH bought him swimmies at the gift shop and no one said anything to us about it. That said DS did not get to go down the slide because it was closed so I don't know if the life guards will allow it.

I have seen kids going down the slides in swimmies many times. I'm sure its fine.

Are you asking about just the resort pools, or the water parks?

We have used arm bands on the kids at the resort pools (slides included) and water parks nothing has ever been said to us.
