You could also look at DVC rental brokers. The two main ones are DVC Rental Store and David’s. There are other brokers.

DVC is a timeshare. Disney own 2-3% of the points which they sell just as the regular resorts. Owners at each resort can book 11 months out, and at 7 months each resort is opened up to all members. So getting a request in before the 7 month mark is likely to be more successful.
