are there any suggestions for which rides you should use your FP+ selections on?

Hello!

party of 6 here with various ages in our group from 35 to 70. are there any suggestions on this site of best way to choose your selections? from what i read m trying to get initial selections as early in day as possible. going sept so it will hopefully be quieter anyhow.

I'm doing all the pre planning so making all the fast pass selections on the one account. i find it frustrating i can't ask for 6 tickets for one attraction then ask for 4 tickets for a certain attraction whilst asking for a separate 2 for another tamer ride? Am i being thick.

You are able to pick and choose different people for different attractions on MDE when choosing fast pass. Once u select a ride it will ask u which members in ur party will be riding. Here's an example of what I do. I choose me and my son for splash mountain, and my wife as our other son for big thunder mountain.

thank you for your reply. i'm a bit stuck though as the initial page asks who your making reservations for rather than asking what ride first. so if i select just 4 of us (instead of the full 6) i can't then ask for a different ride for those two people whilst at the same time asking for 6 of us for our final two rides. i'm not ecplaing this well so i'll use a made up example

So party of 6 people. I'm doing the booking for all 6 of us. when we ride i want us to ride together

i want 6 people ( mum, dad, son, son, grandma, granddad) on 7DMT at same time
i want 6 people (as above) on splash mountain at same time

(here's where i have trouble)

I then want 4 ppl (mum, dad, son, son) on space mountain at same time

and i want to get Grandma and granddad on another ride (say Jungle cruise for example) to use up the fast pass selections.

I can't see anyway of keeping the selections together for the first 2 rides before trying to book two differing rides for the last selection of the day?

When I've been going into MDE i pick the people first. should i pick rides first? i didn't know i could do this

It is generally easiest to select the same rides/attractions for all of the people in your party. Then go in to the adjust FP+ page and select change experience. Then it will ask you which members of your party you want to switch. It will leave the original attraction for the members you don't select. Hope that helps.
