Are the $1 special mug refills still available at Animal Kingdom?

Are the $1 special mug refills still available at Animal Kingdom? I was looking at Debs guide and though they mention the souvenir mugs it has nothing listed for the refills.

I was only conscious of seeing them in Animal Kingdom. I must have had my eyes shut at the other parks.

That seems to cover the mugs at the resorts but what about some refillable (at a cost) sports quart in the parks.

If they are available in all parks, I would certainly like to know what and where.

Yeah, were a group of 12, going in June so if there is a mug we can buy inside the parks and get refills for $1 we will buy them every day! Just tell me how much the mugs cost, where do we get them, is it just soda and can the mugs be refilled anywhere inside the parks for $1?
