Are souvenir cups covered under the dining plan?

My family and I will be in the world soon. We will have the standard dining plan. My children are wanting to know if the kids specialty drinks are covered such as the souvenir cups and light up clips? Hoping someone can spread some light on the matter. Thanks in advance.

You will need to buy the souvenir cups separately if you want them.

Only cups covered is the resort mugs.

The kids specialty drinks themselves are covered. But if you want to keep the souvenir cups they come in, you will have to buy them. As others have said, the only cups included in the dining plan are the resort refillable mugs that each person on the plan gets.

when we were there in Sept we had varying experiences with non alcoholic specialty drinks on the children's or adult's menus. Some locations allowed a smoothie or other drink as a specialty and others would not saying it wasn't part of the included drink choices. However, light up cups were never included.
