Are Online and Phone Systems Down at WDW?

Anyone experience issues getting through to WDW since 1/1/2018?

I’ve been trying to call Disney for the last 4 days and have waited over 1.5hrs only to have the line disconnect. I’ve also tried updating my reservations through my Disney experience both online and the app, but it shows I don’t have reservations, park tickets or dinner reservations.
This has been beyond frustrating and My Disney Experience worked fine last week. Has anyone else experienced issues?

I had issues two days ago. It was fine yesterday but now it's being weird again off and on. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. So a mix for me.

Only had to wait about 10 minutes on the phone yesterday but i had issues with the site, made a payment and for whatever reason came out twice.
