Are MCU execs on the chopping block?

Marvel is and has been underachieving since End Game. They could lean on Covid as an excuse for a time, but Sony blew that excuse out of the water with No Way Home. So if it's fatigue, they need to find a way to reinvigorate the audience and perhaps that starts with some new blood in the executive offices? I would like to see then turn things around, the first four phases were pretty enjoyable.

marvel was always going to suffer after endgame. They spent ages building up to that climax so it was always going to be hard to reset and carry on. A lot of casual fans would think thats done now another one isnt going top endgame so I’ll pass

Perhaps rather than another long connected saga perhaps some standalone adventures with new characters would help to reset things with casual fans.
