Are bitbelts necessary?

How common is it for Magic Bands to fall off or be lost? Are bitbelts necessary? Our trip is sneaking up so if our Magic Bands falling off is truly a concern, I would like to order them soon.

We have been 8 times with MagicBands and never had an issue with them coming loose or falling off.

They snap on pretty tight I've never had one come close to falling off

Never had a band fall off but the charm accessories do come off easily...

Our six year old had no problems on our recent trip.

We had a 2 yo and 4 yo and we didn't have a problem. Them enjoyed wearing them. I would try to put them away when we didn't need them but most of the time they wanted to wear them.

Part of the band peels off for kids or people with smaller wrist so it fits anyone

If you think your kids will put them on and leave them alone, shouldn't be a problem. If they however are prone to playing with things, and may keep tugging on the strap, then it may fall off that way.

Overall very snug lock on the MBs but the outer lock peg broke on one of ours and not five minutes into our time at the pool I notice it's gone. Found it within a few minutes but was a bit worried!

The only problem I had was with the band being loose and it kept catching and coming undone. I took the outside part off and got it to fit better, since then I have had no more issues.
