2 days for Epcot

is this enough time to enjoy the parks. My first time planning a trip with me and my sisters age 11 and 13.First time going to the parks in 14 yrs so any advice is welcomed.

Thank you!

I would make it at least 6 days.. and more likely 7.. with a day off in the middle..or a light light day.. WHY? while you say you can "do' MGM in a day.. you really can't if YOU INCLUDE Fantasmic.. if you want to walk away, and say we saw and went on EVERY RIDE WE WANTED TO, 6 minimum, and 7 to do it easy.. to get a seat at Fantasmic, you have to be there at least an hour before it starts.. and a lot of time, they can CLOSE YOU OUT.. and this light show is OUT STANDING.. secondly, the park ticket costs are next to nothing for the extra days.. I would cut my food budget ( learn how to share a meal and buy your drinks OFF SITE).. and tough it out for at least one more day.. and like I mentioned.. if not two.. with a pool day, or a downtown disney day in the middle. The thing I hate to hear the most when someone comes back from a DISNEY TRIP.. oh well, we didn't do this , or do that.. or the 'line was too long".. if you get a touring plan and FOLLOW IT TO A TEE.. , You see everything that you want.. and for our trips that meant , for a group of SIX .. every one went on their FAVORITE RIDE TWICE.. ( except by choice).. and that was almost every day in the park.. what you don't want to do is say.. well... uh.. this was too long.. or we didn't have enough time or... what ever. not when you are laying out that amount of money.. YOU WANT TO DO IT ALL.. and get your monies worth or WHAT YOU PAID FOR.. I wish you well in your decision..

It depends... honestly, since your sisters are so young, you could probably do a day and a half (maybe even just one day) at Epcot and not have to be so rushed at HS or AK. If they were old enough to drink around the world or young enough to really get into a lot of the kiddie activities over there, I'd say you'd want more time at WS, but otherwise really a half a day in FW and a half day at WS might be enough. AK has some neat shows, and they might want to see some of the shows at HS as well, so even though those parks are lacking on rides compared with MK, they may want more time there.

What I might do if it was me is plan this way:

Day 1: MK
Day 2: Epcot
Day 3: AK and HS (maybe go for the evening to experience Fantasmic and get in a few other things)
Day 4: HS (do what you didn't get to the night before) and then back to MK or Epcot (based on what everyone want to do)
Day 5: Whatever you all decide you want more time to do!

Build in a little flexibility so that you three can go with the flow.

I hope that helps! :)

ETA: the reason I suggested doing a full day at MK and a full day at Epcot first is that this would give you a better idea of how you might want to spend that last day and a half or so... that way you're not completely waiting until the night before to try and change fastpasses, etc.
I think this is a very smart plan and you would be wise following it. I have gone every year to WDW for the last 9 years and this plan is the way to approach having 5 days.

I usually go for a week but my new job prevented that. Luckily I got a couple days off during a long weekend and we can do about 4 days. Five days is enough for the big attractions and some smaller rides/sight-seeing.

I personally wouldn't go back to the resort unless you're worn out because I don't think five days is enough (I'm greedy :P). But I can stand the heat since I work in it 60 hours a week.

Plan your vacation accordingly. See what rides and shows you want to do most, plan for them and if you have more down time, enjoy pool time or more rides.

I personally like 6 days.
2 MK
2 Epcot
1HS
1Animal Kingdom/ pool

But if you have to do it in 5 and want to pay extra for hopper(I never do) this could work.
2 MK
1 Epcot
1 Animal kingdom until about 4 and then head to Epcot for whatever you missed.
1 HS
