Aquatica

We want to go to Aquatica this year instead of BB or TL. Anyone ever been there? Any tips? Is it just as good as Disney waterparks. Thoughts?

It's fun, it's nice and should be tried once if you've done the others water parks. Foods great!

its a great day out, go there every time we are in orlando but not as good as typhoon lagoon.well worth a visit just for the lazy river with life jackets could spend all day in there

That's my favorite, but I wouldn't call it a "lazy" river, they have one of those also with tubes. This is called Roa's Rapids, no tubes allowed and life jackets are optional, but it is really fast and a lot of fun, it's a great way to cool off.

thanks for that i could not remember the name of it and you are right its not so lazy .

It is Roa Rapid's and similar to Hubba Hubba Highway at Water Country USA in Williamsburg. Aquatica is themed to be a very lush tropical island. I personally prefer the array of slides at Aquatica over those of BB or TL. If it weren't for the exposed towers it would surely beat the two WDW water parks hands down.
