I got lucky when I went over Spring Break, in April. I know it was a while ago by now, but I will still tell you some things that happened, and also the lines - for the Magic Kingdom.
In the Magic Kingdom I visited several rides that supposedly always have long waits, including the Haunted Mansion, Carousel, Space Mountain, Splash MOuntain, Thunder Mountain and more.
The Haunted Mansion wait changed very much thru the day. It was 10 minutes much of the time but it jumped to 60 minutes (probably after a Presidents show everyone rushed to it, that's why) several times. I got on with a posted 20 min wait but it was about 5 minutes.
Cinderella Carousel (whatever it's called) is supposedly always crowded, long line, slow loading. I went about 6:00 PM, and there was NOBODY in line at all -- got right on, stayed on twice, no problem. Easy.
Space Mountain didn't even open until 11 AM thanks to technical problems but at about 3:00 PM I got on with a 45 minute wait -- not bad for that ride really.
Splash & Big Thunder was JAM PACKED all day long! Splash broke down and people were stuck (on lifts, etc.) but thankfully I wasn't on. It had about 70 minutes of a wait. Big Thunder had a 55 minutes wait.
Just thought i'd share... I kno pointless.
