Will nearly everything be done by then? The Mine Train? It is a possible time for a trip so I was wondering.

Everything should be done except the mine train. Mine train will not be done until late 2013 or early 2014.

all of Storybook Circus, Beast's Castle, Belle's Village, the Little Mermaid ride and Fantasyland Forest would most likely be out. the Mine Coaster wouldn't be out just yet.
