I'll be in Disney World the week OF Easter (from the Tuesday after until Sunday) and according to this calender, the park will not be open as early or as late as I had hoped...

Will this change as April gets closer? I want to make some ADRs based on which parks are open the latest...

As Easter week is typically very busy, you can expect the parks to remain open later...so yes, the hours will probably change.
