Applying more than 1 ticket towards a new ticket?

I know you can upgrade a current ticket to a more expensive one, but I have 1 day non park hopper, and 1 one day park hopper that are at will call. They have not been used and what I would like to do is apply the cost of both to a 5 day hopper. Does anyone know if Disney will do this? The non-ticket service CM thought they would but I haven't spoken to the ticket cm because it's a 30 min wait.
Thanks!

Actually I finally was able to get through. The will apply the purchase price of all of the tickets towards an upgrade, not just one! They create a "magic file" which allows you to do this. I have changed everthing and I'm all set. The only issue is that we lost all our FP+s but they told me to take screen shots and speak with the guest services CM when we get to the park and they should be able to help.

Interesting. You must've gotten a CM in the Ticketing Office who was in a really good mood because that was a *lot* of rules for them to bend... (And the Ticketing Office is really the only people who *can* bend those rules. Guest Relations in the parks can't even do that)

Actually, I had to call back and ask an additional question. They told me because the tickets were at will call and had not been used, they were more thank happy to do this. It was always my understanding that you couldn't combine the cost of two tickets into one but that seems to have changed. Either way I'm not complaining and I see all my new tickets, including my AP, on my profile. Further more it said I'd loose my previous FPs, but that didn't happen either. All in all I'm a happy camper!:)

Good to hear. Presumably it was because all tickets involved still being in the Will Call system. They were probably in some sort of "budgetary limbo" where they could just void the transaction and use the funds toward something else. If the tickets had already been issued the outcome may have been different.

I'm pretty sure you're right about the will call aspect. I'm not complaining though!
