I am wondering what the applying and interview process is like, when applying for a job at Disney World. Also, if you apply for a position are you guaranteed to get that or do they place you where they need people? Thanks in advance

What level of employment are you talking about? College Program, Seasonal, Full Time, Professional. The application and interview process depends on what you are doing. Someone who is going to be selling popcorn had a different process than someone who is going to be a financial analyst.
