Hello all Cast Members!

I am currently NOT a cast member, however I just applied via the WDW Careers page for a public relations position. Any help on how to better my chances, or any contacts with HR that anyone may have, would be greatly appreciated. Disney is my ultimate career goal and I would appreciate any advice I can get!
