We will be arriving in Disney at 9pm tonight and would like to go ahead and purchase our annual passes using our dvc discount. Are there any ticket outlets that will be open (downtown Disney? ) tonight that have the new RFID? Thanks for the help!

I am sure DD has the RFID pass (at this point all the GS places may have them). I got mines at TTC in May.
