AP Room Discounts

Was thinking about buying a AP.Does anyone know if room discounts are usually offered Dec 16-21.

I just checked with CRO this morning for AP rates in November and they told me that they weren't out yet. I asked when they would be released and she informed me that CRO doesn't get any advanced notice of the AP rates, so we just have to keep checking.

Last year the AP rate came out August 28 and did include December but not Christmas.
