AP ordering online - question

Let's say I were to order an annual pass online. I'm giving it as a gift to someone for Christmas, but it was under my name as billing address and it is being shipped to me.

Will the pass (or pass voucher) be good for MY name only, or will it be given to whoever redeems it at a booth at WDW?
