Hi!
I know this will have been covered time and time again but I've looked for the answer I need and am struggling to find it. For that reason, if anyone can direct me to the right forum, please do!
I'm traveling to WDW over the holidays, with dates Dec. 16 through 30. I've currently reserved one of the US free dining offers as it works out cheaper than having bought a package from WDTC UK. I'm also an annual passholder, and know that sometimes Disney has continued their AP discount right up until Dec 24. My question is this: Has the Annual Passholder with Dining Package previously been based on the arrival date (like free dining), or night-by-night?
That is, if it were available and I swapped out my Free Dining package for a AP Discount, would the AP discount end on Dec 24 and I pay rack rate? Evidently, the dining is for the duration of stay, so if the AP discount were not, I'd have to do the math to see which was best for me! I know room only reservations are night-by-night but with this being considered a package I wondered if it differed! I also realise that nothing is guaranteed and it may not even be available this year.
Thanks very much
Can't wait to return soon (just 46 days till the next trip)!
