Anything I should Know Before Starting My Role?

I am doing traditions this Saturday for a 3rd shift custodial role....

Are there any tips or tricks I should know before I go? Either about traditions, training, or the job itself?

I can't find much about it online. The recruiter showed me two power points about what things you may do in this role but said I would probably be hosing for a few months.... can anyone confirm or deny this lol
