Anyone try the Japanese breakfast at the onsite resorts?

When I stay onsite, I'm tempted to have the Japanese breakfast. Has anyone eaten it? If so, how is it?

Although I've never eaten breakfast in a onsite hotel, So i don't know what it's like...
But in the past, I had more Japanese breakfasts than I bargained for...
