i know disney fully owns disneyland and walt disney world in fla.
i know tokyo disneyland and disney sea is wholly owned by oriental land company and disney gets percent of sales and royalties much like a typical franchise.
i USED to know the deal with euro disney.
at first when it kinda flopped and the finance got changed around with the prince from saudi arabia becoming the biggest shareholder with disney in second and the rest of stock to the general public.

my question is how much of euro disney does disney actually own,and how much of the new walt disney studios will they own as well?????

and what does the letters SA in euro disney SA MEAN????
