Anyone know who to contact to anti-complain?

On our trip we had a few hours that were horrible that ended with me in tears at guest services. Anyway, there was a wonderful woman at guest services named Erin who brought the magic back to the day for me and I would love to write/call and tell her supervisor or whomever how wonderful she was. Does anyone know an address for a letter about that or a phone number to call. I would prefer to write but whichever is fine!

As someone who worked for Disney for 10 years, please, please send a compliment. It is so greatly appreciated by the cast member who receives it. People are always so quick to complain but very rarely stop to send in a complitment and it will get to her supervisor and she will be told about it also so it is well worth your time to send it....and thank you in advance...
