Anyone know MK guest relations' hours?

We're arriving late Thursday night and then have reservations at 8:30am at Crystal Palace. I'd like to change my park hopper over to an AP before and buy the tables in wonderland card before we go to the restaurant. Does anyone know when guest relations opens in the morning?
