There is very little available now. I think just about everything, except as listed above, has been discontinued. It's a shame, as there are a few pieces I'd like (i.e. the Haunted Mansion, and I won't pay $125 on eBay for one), but I guess they just weren't great sellers. I went to DTD last week and was excited to see what the toy store had and they didn't carry any more than the Emporium at the MK.
This last trip I didn't even see any SSE's or Tree of Life ones around. Just the Contemporary, the switching station, and actual monorail sets. And I was looking hard.
It's sad in a way, but to be honest there were only a few pieces I would have taken home anyway. For instance, SSE and Tree of Life were so tiny I thought they'd look silly near the castle (the only piece I have). On my next trip I will probably pick up an actual monorail and perhaps the contemporary - but then again, if I can't get the Poly and the GF then it would look pretty silly LOL.
My biggest pet peeve is that the figure sets that go with the castle have been discontinued and now the small plastic figures for sale are larger and have bulky/odd clothing. I really, really wish I had picked up a few of the sets the same size as the ones that come with the Castle (I really wanted the Little Mermaid ones), but the new ones are too large and ugly.
I guess there weren't enough kids who liked them, or collectors like us, to keep the series going.

PS - If you shoot an email to WDW merchandise they will send you a list of what is currently available through them and WDW - I did it awhile ago, I'd be curious how it has changed.
