Anyone have any pre-Boardwalk photos from Yacht and Beach Club view?

I was just wondering if anyone has any photos taken from the Yacht and Beach Club of the land across the lake that would become the Boardwalk resort. I'm curious what the view was from Y&B. Did the Friendship Boat Service open with Y&B?

I don’t have any photos but I do remember walking round crescent lake around 1991. The Boardwalk side had a hoarding wall around it if I remember where the hotel is now but you could walk round the actual boardwalk on the lake. There were boats running to the studios and they had trams like the parking lot ones to epcot that ran round the boardwalk but I can’t remember if they stopped at the yacht and beach club or were only for the swan and dolphin

I don’t have any photos, but here is a video of the tram ride to the Swan and Dolphin before it was built. It’s interesting to see!

Not my video

I stayed at the Beach Club shortly after it opened. I remember the boardwalk area just being a marshy looking area with tall reeds. When one of the castmembers told me they were planning to build another hotel there, I wasn't sure whether to believe him since the area didn't look like an easy place to build.

Also, the Stormalong Bay pool was closed at that time, because they had fish in it. The plan was for people to be able to swim with the fish, but they decided not to allow it. That's why the pool has a sandy bottom.
