Anyone else stuck d/t Annual Passes not being extended yet? Our family of four (all 10+ Gold pass holders) had two extended right away, but two still set to expire. We have resort reservations, but we cannot reserve parks until my kids’ passes are credited.
It would be nice to have some reassurance from WDW about the process so I know they haven’t made a mistake. After 5 hours on hold, then an hour on the phone with a Cast Member (who was on hold waiting for another Cast Member), still no info or answers.
