Anyone else running the half marathon in Sept?

I registered for the half marathon this September. Was just wondering if any other forum members would be participating as well? Never really run before (unless you could running to the bathroom :lookaroun ), so I'm nervous/excited for it. Especially since it's the inaugural race there.

I will not be running the half-marathon, but I do have a DL vacation planned during that time, so we could cheer you on!

You say you've never run before... I assume you're going to start to train or are you just going to wing it and have fun?

Yeah. Already started the training. Nothing too hardcore yet though. Just easing myself into the motions.
