I’ve lived in the same house for 9 years, but every time we buy 2-4 day tickets, the FL verification fails online and we have to wait in line at guest services the first day we arrive at the parks. Last time the line took me 40 minutes at the park.
This prevents us from getting the 7am Genie+ since it won’t let us add the service until the residence is verified at the parks the morning we plan to go.
I tried to see if the concierge at Coronado could help and she said they couldn’t.
Anyone else constantly run into this? It’s beyond frustrating.
